We are acting as a credit broker for the purpose of arranging your selected finance contract. The Vehicle Network Limited offer products or services via a carefully selected panel of funders and UK vehicle Retailers. We may receive financial remuneration from introducing business to these funders or retailers.

In line with FCA legislation a customer (private individual, sole trader, or small partnership) who uses our services which results in entering into an agreement that is regulated by the consumer credit act has the right to know the amount of commission we receive. Depending on the product or service you choose and the funder that we place your business with, our commissions may be pre-set or variable.

Regulated customers can request the disclosure of commission that we receive up to the time their agreement is set live. This request can be to our compliance team in any format, phone, email or in writing:

Cancellation and Refunds

Regulated clients can cancel for any reasonably agreed cause. However, if the reason given is spurious or vague, we reserve the right to retain the vehicle sourcing fee to cover our costs. Where an unregulated client wishes to cancel their order, depending upon circumstances, such as a change in business requirements the client will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid but may be eligible for a credit note against future orders up to a maximum of six months from the point of cancellation. Clients should contact the company directly to discuss their position as individual circumstances are taken into account.

Where a refund is agreed it will be paid back in a timely manner, utilising the same method by which it was collected.
